OrderPrint.me provides automated, silent label printing solutions for thermal and label printers, supporting major carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and SuperRoute.

2. Service Description

2.1 Automated Printing Services: We provide cloud-based software that enables automatic, silent printing of shipping labels and parcel documentation to thermal and label printers.

2.2 Carrier Integration: Our platform integrates with multiple shipping carriers. We are not responsible for carrier-specific requirements, shipping rates, or delivery performance.

2.3 Printer Compatibility: While we support a wide range of thermal and label printers, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all printer models. Users are responsible for ensuring their hardware meets our system requirements.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation: You must create an account to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.3 Account Security: You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Business Use Only: Our Service is intended for business and commercial use only. Personal or non-commercial use may be subject to different terms or restrictions.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.2 Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by you. Billing occurs at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4.3 Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

4.4 Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4.6 Usage Limits: Each plan includes specific limits on the number of printers and monthly label volume. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions.

9.1 Service "As Is": THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Printing Errors: We are not liable for printing errors, misprints, label quality issues, or printer malfunctions. You are responsible for verifying label accuracy before use.

9.3 Shipping Issues: We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, carrier errors, or any issues related to the physical delivery of goods.

9.4 Limitation of Damages: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9.5 Indirect Damages: WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OrderPrint.me, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

11.1 By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

11.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.

11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

12.2 Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
